Sofia Domingos is my guest this week. Sofia and I met whilst on a rugby coaching expedition in Africa!
This interview was recorded in October of 2020 when Sofia welcomed me to Braga in Portugal. We chatted about our incredible time together in Africa coaching rugby to countless children. We talked about how Sofia got into rugby, which as a female in rural Portugal is a minor miracle. And finally we dug into her time in Ireland playing for Old Belvedere RFC.
