This interview was recorded in February of 2023 and we talked about Bill’s late start in the sport, reaching the heights of playing for Stewart’s Melville, a mid-career break before returning to Falkirk to win an incredible tally of league titles.
We then chat through his fundamental changes as a coach before discussing what it took to turn around a club on the brink of collapse.
